I am for Varanasi and i clearly understand that No government alone can make ganga clean . The participation of People is required . Make them pay heavy amounts if they are seen degrading the river . Industries too should not be allowed to discharge all their wastes into the River .Make the people understand why shouldn't they throw all their puja stuff into the river .Throwing substances in the river is not how you show your spirituality .They need to understand how these thing will affect them

We need to sewage treatment plants across the river and set up an Ganga Protection Force consisting retired personnel from defence,paramilitary,state police and also from civil society.We must provide this force with state of the art boats.

Dear Sir,

My suggestion for Maa Ganga Ghats is that you can ask big hotel groups holders like TATA, Ambani, Obroyes etc to taking of ghats in big cities like Vanarasi, Patana, Kanpur. You can propose them that Do all maintenance work and development work. Another question is that why do this work then you can give an option to advertise their group, hotel etc on that ghat.
I think that they will ready easily.
If we able to stop kachra in big cities,It will make a great effect in current cond.

Great & massive mission , as Modi Ji said yesterday in NY - its better to start with smaller steps rather than waiting for the big bang approach. To start with smaller steps , first of all, we must start the step.Identify the most beaten places across Ganga river which are in high usage/floating and start cleaning them up with the known resources and technology. And parellely work on the better technology for further big steps
