State government should also constantly co-ordinate with people by various development and public relief scheme as well as scheme to activate the moral of people by which they can voluntary contribute for state and nation development.Development is only possible if people will be active, hence, state govt.to encourage people,best wishes

create a environment of trust and convince that the share of benefits of E & P will directly go to local communities. Make the locals panchayat as partners and owners. Provide the benefits upfront before start of E & P. There is no other way to bring the people into mainstream.

All state should follow central government directives.It is vital for entire country unity & prosperity.So center should keep track of all sectors of state,& if center directives are implemented then only allocate budget to the states for that corresponding sectors.Set up panel including supreme court judges,person from state,center,president representatives,NITI aayog members to decide on rules, funds & % of implementation by state.Bring 100% transparency & accountability for state funds.

I am from Varanasi and we are a Gujrati family so I know about the persons who belong in both states and I also know about the desire of persons from most cities of India. So I am requesting you Sir, aisa na ho ki -- ABB PACHHTAAVE KAA HOTT JABB CHIDIA CHUGG GAYII KHETT.Some basic need are to be fulfilled just as to satisfy medium class families of india and poor persons because their vote decides the government in elections. Local parties take benefits of those persons.

Sir , When Every thing is going well, Government is working very well , Why some strange dicisions are being taken which are annoying to supporters of this BJP party.It is true Sir that your supporters are being decreased even in VARANASI. Please arrange to take a survey you will find it.Why such decisions are being taken that as EPF interest in Budjet. Now efforts are being taken to take it back , but why sir , why , it was imposed . Sir this type of activity will be harmful .Please understand.
