Start Date :
Jan 22, 2015
Last Date :

Several studies have shown that school children do not seem to acquire age appropriate skills in reading, writing and numeracy. There is a need to explore the various approaches to ...
Emphasis on three R's & proper evaluation system third class onwards.
A marked curriculum at least on state level so as not to overload a child also mandatory for pvt. schools till 5 class.
SCERT' S TO FOLLOW NCERT OUTLINE OF SYLLABUS SO AS TO BRING UNIFORMITY TILL 8 CLASS.
NCERT cuuriculum/syllabus to be followed by all states from 9 to 12 cl board exams at level Board Exams of 10 and 12 class across the country by all the boards.
c
Curriculum to be revised every 8 to 10 yrs.
Education and teaching learning process should not be limited to assessing learning outcomes in elementary education. It is much much process where child is active constructor of knowledge. Education should be treated only as one of the testing tool.
repeal article30 of constitution of India by constitutinal amendment
it is creating inequality in education across INDIA
There should be clear definition of minority
Or else
No minority no majority but all Indians
Make it compulsory to teach article44,47,48 of constitution
Why?
I explain
Art44 common civil code
Art47ban on liquor
Art48 ban on cow slaughter
Current situation 99.99% people of India don't know these provision(sad situation)
This way people will understand that this is the irresponsibility of states to implement above articles.
This way people will choose Better govt like in Gujarat, haryana and Maharashtra and start respecting and talking, discussioning about these articles.
why should Hindu wait to become a minority by year say 2035 -2045 at current population growth to establish a minority institution of their choice under article30 of constitution of India.
this article 30 clearly violates article14 equality before law and article15 and it (article30) discriminates against Hindus on the basis of their religion.
either repeal article30
or
allow Hindus to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice by amending constitution of India.
Government of India must give Constitution of India printed at govt press to all teachers and students and make a compulsory yearly exam for all teachers across INDIA.
Why?
I explain
1This way all houses in India will have constitution of India.
2 better understanding constitution
3. Current situation is 90 percent teachers and students are blank, zero, unaware about constitutional provision.
4.yearly exame force them to read, think, follow and respect constitution of India.
Modijee do it
1.In primary level mother tongue shud b medium of instruction but it will b effective only if implemented strictly for all board.
2.uniformity of syllabus will definetly remove theeconomic differenc of so called high class private school and govt school.
3. Teacher training programming like BED etc shud b more related to real school situation merely than just cramming old methods of teaching ..teacher shud made well acquainted with new researches in the field of education.
How
I explain
Now
All public schools have their own private textbooks selling at MRP of private sellers from class UKG.
Earning huge profit.
Public schools says their textbooks are best.
Govt can not check all textbooks of all public schools whether they are upto the desired standard or not.
Also cannot check some anti national matter in the textbooks.
Make it compulsory and mandatory for all private schools even if it is a minority school to use govt textbooks to teach students.
Improving learning outcomes through mother tongue based education.education should be based on learning by doing
