Sir, we all know that talent and skill is not only perform by a body, but mental ability is also requires, but in our country we prefers physical tendency even they have to sit entire day on chair. It's better to make compulsory some reserve seats in private job company also as per their skill and talent. Why only government think about them we all have to take responsibility and we need to give them a chance to to prove that they can run without legs and feel the colours without eyes. Jai hind

Sir, We need special deposit schemes for these children wherein parents can deposit money and they can receive monthly amount after the parents death. All the parents are worried what will happen to their children after them. they should have pension schemes also. There are integrated schools. They get grants from government also but dont have special teachers. these children go there and just sit for 4-5 hours. sitting idle makes them worst. Every area should have at least one integrated school and it should be monitored by education deptt.

Do you think it prudent to maintain silence after the SC intervention on the list of unauthorized account holders outside the country? The update of this list is the essence of the entire exercise. This needs to be speeded up and names of illegitimate account holders published before the SC intervenes once again. The bureaucracy will have to work overtime on this. Will this be possible? I do not endorse the opinion of the SC working on an outdated list. Economy has moved forward so has stash.

Dear Prime Minister, In context of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill 2014, would like to herewith present my comments/suggestions on NATIONAL/STATE COMMISSION FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES o While the setting up of such a commission is a credible initiative, would suggest if the commission would conduct a Open house session with parents of disabled/disabled/institutions/stakeholders once in a year so as to be aware of the ground realities of the problems faced by disabled persons. This would thereafter facilititate formation of Government policy and other initiatives as well as to improvise the existing schemes for the welfare of the disabled. o A Know Your Rights Workshop to be conducted on the lines of the Open house session which would dessiminate information regarding various Government schemes and benefits for the disabled.

Dear Prime Minister, In context of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill 2014, would like to herewith present my comments/suggestions on SOCIAL SECURITY AND RECREATION o Disability allowance to be provided to the disabled which would assist them in taking care of their day-to-day needs and be financially independent. o Pension to be provided to the disabled which would assist them in their old age. A pension regulatory authority to be set-up which would address the grievances of the disabled. o In case of Sporting activities, the Government may encourage participation in Special Olympic / Paralympic / Asia Pacific Special Olympic games.

Dear Prime Minister, In context of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill 2014, would like to herewith present my comments/suggestions on SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYMENT o Vocational training institutes to be set-up which would provide training for the job profiles allocated for disabled in Government Organizations. o CSR benefits to be extended to private sector organizations setting up vocational training institutes. This will help in encouraging participation of private sector. o While the reservation of 1% in Government jobs for certain disabled categories is a noteworthy initiative, would suggest that this quota be restricted to Intellectually disabled for certain job profiles in Government organizations. This is required since the Intellectually disabled would only be able to perform certain jobs as per their intellectual capacity. Hence they would not benefit with the 1% reservation in all jobs reserved.

Dear Prime Minister, In context of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill 2014, would like to herewith present my comments/suggestions on EDUCATION o While the promotion of inclusive education is a welcome move, it will not be suitable for children with intellectual disability as they will not be able to cope up in the current education system. o A parallel schooling system on the lines of NOS may be recommended here which would help the disabled child to learn the basic activities of day-to-day life and in turn assist him for taking care of himself and his needs independently.
