India as produce huge number of doctors and medicines for world

But in our india there is less number of doctors and few number of Caviar medicine available with high cost

For ex Asthma indian population around 141.72 core more most of the peoples suffering from asthma but there is no Specialized doctors and medicines not available only few numbers

Arvind kejriwal CM suffering asthma he as karodpati but he as no medicines to cure their problem means What about poor and normal peoples Survive these Asthma treatment

Asthma treatment in india is costlier there is no R&D in india Cure or invented cure able medicines, only we depend on other country's and their patient medicines manufacture in india

So I requesting our india on independence day special please independence to Asthma in our country please established new R&D cure able and cheap medicines available for common peoples like Covid Vaccine

I admire your dedication & work for the country you have done in these 10 years for country & is appreciable.
You are the most inspired leader of Bharat which people respect & believes.
I would like to draw your attention on changing demographic population of certain community in Uttarakhand which is unprecedentedly increasing & look like in planned manner & is affecting culture & diversity of state.
The state is the nerve of Bharat spiritual geography & known as Devbhoomi.
These are vital to nation & civilisation body & soul.
This also important as related to national security since the hill state is a border state.
I urge you to look into the matter.

Suggestions for Unified SAFE India
Suggestion is based on internal threats mostly foreign assisted and large scale smuggling.
With recent developments in Bangladesh and recent violent incidents in West Bengal, there could planned move to unify two Bangla regions to creat an Independent BENGALDESH and cut off the eastern part from the main land, also affecting similar threats there. May be we can make all areas up to 100 Km from international borders and sea coasts CENTRALLY GOVERNED ( can be through the Governor of concerned state) and under special armed force (BSF ?)
