In many parts of India,there is dearth of secondary and senior secondary schools. Many children specially girls, are thus unable to continue their studies. Even those who can afford to go to far off regions or states face problems of change in medium of instruction which is mostly different from their mother tongue.
Good govt.schools need to be opened in backward areas.
Wherever a child goes he should have facility to learn in his mother tongue.
Technolgy can be used to achieve desired result

To make the edu. more simple and reachable implement national /regional language as the medium of instuction, improve the quality of education in govt. schools with modern techniques of teaching,offering special schemes for girl's education.

As all know there is reservation category at every steps of Indian life, even the noble profession HEALTH SCIENCE education, MAHARASHTRA has 53% category reservation, above MARATWADA, VIDARBHA reservations.
This reservation category should increase to 80% to 90% & the rest for the richer class so that there are more reservation category & richer class students. the middle class to search education to other countries and serve then.

To increase access to secondary and senior secondary,the whole country all Boards must attempt the same assessment practices. Television classroom teaching will help students to learn in remote areas. Examinations may be conducted to ensure a minimum bench mark is achieved.Students must be given freedom to choose and complete the exams within a period of two years.
