It should be a norm in all government jobs that employs should not be given extension after retirement. This step will stop lead a big social taboo cropping up in urban areas. There are many families where your married girls are forced to stay with their parents after they give birth to a child, since there inlaws dont wish to fulfil the responsibility. The in laws neither leave there job nor they allow girl to leave her job.

Reforms should be made , just to ease the formalities. I am not saying to cut revenue but device such a system in which one has to do it once and can drive anywhere in india atleast for personal vehicles.Present rule is like we have to take visa to get in any other state in India.
In this time when people are getting jobs in different states for a year or two then again they have to move to other states, these things are so tidious that it creates lots of hurdles. One bad partb is nothing is online. Everytime one has to go to police and RTO. There should be some some mindful reforms should be there.
Sir,
Sorry I am discussing this in this portal but actually i am not finding any other way to discuss this. This topic is related to transport ministry. Government is working very good and all ministries are doing there bit to improve condition but I think only one ministry is lagging behind that is transport ministry. I got disheartened that everytime somebody has to move his or her vehicle to some other state he is to do reregistration or pay road tax of the state.
