Respected PM sir, As per 2008 budget, interest on higher education loan during moratorium period should be paid by central government. Government issued order also. But banks didn't receive any amount from government. They are forcing students to pay full interest, which is very huge amount. Kindly look into it. Because many banks are refusing to pay consecutive year amount just because they have not paid interest. Many of them are children of small farmers and workers. Please help sir

Higher education faces problems throughout the world: universities are underfunded, raising worries about quality; student support is inadequate; the proportion of students from disadvantaged backgrounds is lamentably small; and the financing of universities in many countries is regressive, since the money comes from general taxation but the major beneficiaries are from better-off backgrounds.
