Government should spend atleast 6 % of GDP on Education to reach the goals of Access, Quality, Equity and Excellence in Higher Education

व्यावसायिक शिक्शा की व्यवस्था व सुविधाऒ की व्यवस्था मॊटे तॊर पर विकासमान अर्थव्यवस्था तथा वास्तविक रॊजगार कॆ अवसरॊ कॆ अनुरुप हॊनी चहियॆ। तकनीकी तथा व्यावसायिक शिक्शा कॊ माध्यमिक स्तर पर् प्रभावी रुप सॆ सचालित् करनॆ की आवश्यकता हे। उधॊग, व्यापार, ग्रह् प्रबन्धन, कला और शिल्प आदि कॊ विशॆष महत्व दिया जाना चाहियॆ ।

I think higher education institutions should not give fee reduction to all the students of reserved category. Only students of low income levels in the reserved category should be provided the fee reduction benefit. This could increase the deficit by around 10%. Funds should also be diverted from other areas to education. This will form the base of our nation. Corporate partnerships must be created with local businesses to invest in higher education institutions.

Proper utilization of education cess paid by tax payers

Funds be made available to the institutions as per their requirement and demand. Sometimes supply without demand fails to produce desired results. Proper and just utilization of fund should be ensured, there should not be any wastage of resources anywhere. Staff should be regularly trained for this purpose and there should be incentives for research work.

As the fees of college increases , number of free seats should be increased in proportion. State government will borne the expenses of those free seats. Those free seats to be strictly allotted on income certificate & percentage marks basis. This will ensure positive competition among students, states will monitor the fees as they will have to pay more if more free seats are there, and colleges will not be allowed to increase the fees as it will increase number of free seats with increase. :)

Your #Modern_India plan can't move on with such plans and ministers. The students should be given incentives to join the research institues but such news are likely to trampling the #Modern_India dream. And the NIT directors who have proposed for the new fee structure must be removed ASAP if the govt. is serious enough to really work.

The NITs and IISERs are not a performing arts type institutes rather the symbol of knowledge. If the new fee strucrure is implemented why would any student prefer to go to the research Institutes like IISERs. This is not the symbol of #अछे_दिन.
