Roughly 1% of GDP is spent on higher education as against a target of 1.5%. In the recent years, the state share of expenditure on education has declined as compared to an increase ...
The NPTEL should be diversified to all streams of higher education. The collaborating institutes should be the respective institute of national importance in the concerned stream such as IIT, IIM, NIPER, AIIMS, IIIT etc Then the government should merely set up a wifi zone in every district for 1000s to study the course that they wish free of cost and without compulsion. This would be best option for theory. Regular online test should back these courses and rankings be released for job selection.
For all those students who wish to pursue Higher Education but have constraint of finances, Govt through UPSC could conduct All-India Exam in all the subjects in all Indian Languages. Through this Exam & subsequent personal Interview of selected Candidates, Govt can prepare a shortlist of deserving Candidates. Then Every Company in all the Industries should sponsor atleast 1student's Higher Education Expenses with offer of internship. Comp. having Higher turnover should sponsor more candidates.
Use the method of qualified senior teaching basics of subjects to junior, detailed can be covered by professors, this will reduce shortage of professors as well stipend for senior student will allow to finance their education. Make it higher education by loading all course in audio video format as well recommended books, just like lot of coaching class in distance education mode do.
There should be quality based education.our present education system is too far from reality.I preefare 'VED KALIN' education system.promotion such a principal, education inspector should based on perfomance and by exam rather having promotion them by there seniority.given a chance to to young.
Youth is the house of energy for the country........................
In railways, pl. consider to provide online unreserved ticket to avoid hassle at current booking windows. consider also to provide palmtop to Ticket checkers to give reservation online to waitlisted people from the last minute cancellation of berths and also allow the public to view last minute position of berths available even after preparation of chart like you provide live status of the train To kurb corruption in railways.make your top officials travelby by each class to know difficulty
In Union Budget 2015-16 there should be practical understanding of tax bracket in I.T. For example, A middle class salary class family of 6 persons consisting of Couple, parents and 2 children to live a normal healthy and peaceful happy life, they need atleast Rs.50000 per month for normal emenities, self , children's and parent's health expenses, children's education expenses , social liabilities of brothers and sisters etc. the I.T. EXEMPTION LIMIT should be according to this real situation
Could we go with a compulsory family planning after two baby in National interest ???
Those student who score more than 75 % marks in graduation should be awarded extra points in financing by financial organization.Further priority should be given to those students which are science or medical fields. In our country we have to improve health system apart technical knowledge.
All Schools should run skill development programme in their premises for their students. It must be compulsory for each and every school that each student should know atleast one or two skill, when he or she leaves the school education.
