Why all the things are being given to private corporates? Since Government paying the most salary to the employees? Trai them work well and thus make sure all Indians are served in a neutralised manner. Already the mobile networks are charging more as they wish; If the power is given to them, then all people will be suffering by charging for everything and hence the Prime Ministers Dream of Digital India will get failed. So, I suggest to avail open internet access to every Indian independently.

Different rates for different website and the charges be different for different types of data consumed... So if this is the case how is the government planing to implement schemes like Digital India and Smart India in a developing country like India . All Data should be treated equally without considering the service providers providing it for there benefit. India is still finding ways to remove poverty the government should take the necessary steps for net neutrality.
