we are a developing country we cannot afford costly medical expense for a healthy country. developed countries are already paying heavy price by way of insurance . medical expenses are heavy because of several reasons like costly medical education, pharmaceutical companies over charging with benefits to hospital and doctors. hospitals overcharging because of insurance, doctors over charging because of costly education ,unless sombody takes a serious note we will be choosing a costlier path. .

The short documentary provides a brief policy sketch for the betterment of our rural health care system especially the maternity facilities, the paediatric care, mobile clinic, Express facility for the pregnant women. And finally the health policy must control iatrogenic factors like hygiene and number of bed in hospital premises The film realisation, examination of patients and data elicitation are done in the District Hospital Morena Gwalior MP

The Health Insurance facility for Differently able is not properly available in India, the Insurance companies do not issue the Health Insurance, only option is NIRAMAYA but that is restricted to Rs 1 lakh per Year, which is quite less considering present medical / hospitalization charges. So the concerened ministry should revisit the limit for Medical/Health insurance for differently able.

It can be said without fear of contradiction that like education, HEALTH also touches every single family immensely. So, need of time is that HEALTH FACTOR BE APPROACHED WITH TWO PRONGED POLICY -- SHORT-TERM POLICY AND LONG TERM POLICY. Long drawn road-map is a must for lasting solutions to various aspects of problems relating to Health. However, the policy must be able to create such a mechanism that the people are provided HEALTH CARE AT THEIR DOOR-STEP QUICKLY. NGOs CAN ALSO BE INVOLVED.

NAMASTE MODI JI ! well i think increase in number of doctors posts would do more rather than opening new medical colleges ,i my self being a doctor think increase in MBBS seats will degrade medical education standard, and increase in jobs for doctors will treat more patients with quality and in quantity
