The internet providers in India MUST NOT differentiate between the content. Everyone MUST be allowed equal access to all content on the internet irrespective of provider. Censorship is a personal choice it MUST NOT be enforced. Every bit of data served by ANY SERVER ANYWHERE on the internet MUST BE GIVEN EQUAL BANDWIDTH WITHOUT ANY FORM OF PREFERENCE. IP Networks must be charged ONLY FOR DATA. NOTHING above DATA should be charged separately.

Due to limited words, please read pdf for full text.
Hello decision makers.
Please visit the wikipedia page for netneutrality, and go through it once.
It says much than anyone can say here. The headline of that page highlights how an ISP comcast, misused and violated the net neutrality principle, for its own advantage, and keeping its customers disguised. Airtel.. etc can be next, but legally doing this if the net neutrality principle is broken.

The definition of Net Neutrality is different from what Government have adopted. Net neutrality is not just internet access for all but rather free access to anyone who logs in. Curbing net neutrality is violation of constitutional right of equality. Please don't increase the barrier of entry for the start-ups. #MakeInIndia needs free net for entrepreneurs to take the country ahead in the globe. I support #NetNeutrality.

Please see the meaning of net neutrality, and what those rich telcos are trying to do.
Again a divide and rule and get rich policy by the telcos.
Please don't allow this.
Listen to the voice of the people, and reprimand and penalize the telcos for their many unfair business practice.
Thanks,
Somjit

Government must act now

The DoT Report noted that a free and open Internet, available to all Indian citizens, is key to our country's future. Despite that, telcos are already violating net neutrality and endangering that future. The Govt should pass regulation immediately to protect net neutrality in India - the status quo of mere promises is not enough. The Govt must commit to protecting net neutrality in law in India. Don't take 5 years to decide this.
