A Committee on Net Neutrality has submitted its report to the Department of Telecommunications. Its recommendations broadly contain technical, regulatory and public policy related measures required with respect to Net Neutrality issue.

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is also currently engaged in consultation process on the issue whose recommendations are awaited.

It is emphasized that the views expressed in the report are that of the Committee and not of the Government. Your valuable comments, wide scale consultations, as also the report of the TRAI will help the Government to take appropriate decision on the issue.

I Fully Support Net Neutrality because from net we can get the information about everything. We translate the languages, see the road maps. All this can help the people to get their place

My support goes to net neutrality. Before taking any step the government should here for the people to safeguard their rights-the right to choice with ones own wit without fear or favour. It is not for the petty profits of market giants.

I support Net neutrality, every website should be available to us and telecom operator should not charge separately for every site.

I support Net Neutrality. It simulates we fight for technology freedom from the companies who claim to control it in the future and hope government support to keep them democratic rather than monarchical.
