In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

There should not be any reservations and quota's_for minors,sc's or st's etc...except the one's who are disabled or senior citizens. This government should promote equality among the masses_respect the talent_skill_minds not caste or religion

The government should open research centre's all over the country.It should be open for everyone with a vision and talent. Government should also provide them with the stipends, so they i.e. "YOUNG MINDS OF INDIA" don't face obstacles with their daily needs...give them wings and they will make this country_UNBEATABLE

मैंने 31/10/2014 को बीएसएनएल ब्रौड बैंड के लिए अप्लाई कर दिया था जिसका डिमांड नोट न0 १२७८८७३२३२३ डेट २८/१० /२०१४ है मगर आज तक कनेक्शन नहीं लग पाया है क्योकि बाबु लोग को घूश जो नहीं मिला है. इसी से समझा जा सकता है की शहर में जब इतनी परेशानी है तो गाँव का क्या हल होगा.? इसमें सरशार TDM की लापरवाही है जिसके चलते इतने दिनों से कम रुका हुआ है लेकिन आम जनता की सुनाने वाला कोई नहीं है. इसकी लिखित सिकायत GM से करने के बाद अभी तक कुछ नहीं हो पाया है अब कहा इसकी सिकायत करे समझ नहीं आता है ?

मोतिहारी के शहरी इलाकों में जब बीएसएनएल ब्रौड बैंड की सेवा उपलभ्द नहीं करा पा रहा है तो डिजिटल इंडिया की कल्पना करना भी पाप है. बीएसएनएल कार्यालय के बाबुओ की लाल फीताशाही के कारन पिछले तीन महीने से ब्रौड बैंड के कनेक्शन के लिए दौड़ लगा रहा हु. पर अधिकारी है की उनकी कण पर जू तक नहीं रेंग रहा है. इसके साथ ही जब बीएसएनएल के GM जब मोतिहारी पहुचे तो उनसे मिलकर जब इस बात की शिकायत करनी चाही तो यहाँ के TDM विद्यानंद प्रसाद के द्वारा मेरे साथ बदतमीजी की गयी जबकि मैंने कनेक्शन के लिए पैसा भी जमा करा

(3) Courts date should be automatically allotted by digitation (similar to railway ticketing) on first come first serve basis. (4) Rent control act be abolished and replaced with Contract act between owner and renter. (5) justice and jail facilities should not be discriminate between rich and poor.

PM Sir, One burning issue which needs to be addressed is justice administration. Justice should be quick to keep the faith in judiciary. Few suggestions. (1) Outdated laws should be abandoned and rational laws in relation to present scenario should be brought. (2) Due to witness changing their submissions, the first statement recorded should be accepted as initially the truth is spoken due to emotional and non fear. Later pressure and fear prevails and emotional feelings is lost.

Respected PM Shri Modiji, I would like to suggest on reform in Land Records, Like shares land records should be kept in Dmat form, and for this, land can be catagorised in agricultural, forest and non agricultural. There may be sub divisions too. If done properly purpose of transperency, liquidity, title clearance and many more objects of land holders will be accomplished. if given an opportunity I can prepare full projects with more details about this. Thanks a lot.
