In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

UGC published the regulation No. F3-1/2009 dtd 30 June 2010 in India Govt. Gazette on “Minimum qualifications for appointment of teachers and other staff in universities and colleges and measures for the maintenance of standards in higher education - 2010".It is mandatory.Pl directKerala state govt to actupon that,especially retirement age, atleast for research guidesIt says 65 but we are to retire at 56!.Pl utilise the experience and expertise of recently retired research guides.Gen sec,RGF

If we dont fix monetary mechanism for sanitation or cleanliness we can not achieve goals of swach bharat abiyan. Also dont involve govt. people in this.

Requesting PMO to re-look the corruption related issue related to the labour departments. People working in these departments are commonly corrupt.

hi......i think railway recruitment should be done like staff selection commission because there is no transparency in railway recruitment process.there is neither question paper is given nor answer sheet is provided, so how one can find out whether his attempt was right or wrong.the process of recruitment take a lot of time this should be improve.the selection process should completely online so that railway babus can not harass to the candidate.

To controle black money in private sector , govt. may link all transaction ( billing/ receipts) with PAN, make e-tagging compulsory for all manufacturers and wholesalers.

Black money is is become problem of every day . main couse of this problem is Govt. Contact/ Tendars. Govt dont have mechanism for audit or monitoring. Their sould be one online system and common audit system for such contracts
