have u heard about I H R D.. ? i am working as a guest lecturerin electronics for the past 2 years in I H R D TECHNICAL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL PEERMADE KERALA. , this institution has a vital role in PMs DIGITAL INDIA, as it creates technically trained citizens..but today IHRD is dying , we don't even have a permanent director .70% of total staffs are temporary,no space , no labs..students are doing experiments in corridors , such situation in this century is really hard to face. really sad,sir

i want to draw your kind attention on the present system of railway systems we are not against of bullet trains and other facilities but the present system need a heavy reformation first i request you to please make more parallel railway route and increase the no of trains because it's very difficult to the tickets in any urgent situations

One of the main reasons for slow implementation of policies in Government sector is too much vigilance.Executives are scared of taking decisions even if they don't have any malafide intentions. The responsibility is shirked specially in case of tenders.It is suggested that vigilance/CVC guidelines shall be such that in case of procedural error where intention is not malafide the matter shall be outside the purview of vig/CVC. The targets shall not be set for these deptts. Vigilance cases shall not be allowed to be registered after a person is empaneled for promotion to avoid misuse. The case may be investigated after decision on panel and if required the person can be demoted.

as I feel spirit of competence is good but if it becomes a daytoday routine then it will certainly harm the human resource of India .

Today an average student has to compete with others at each and every step which I fell is not right .Today , each person in the population has immense potential in diverse fields and to help them to use their potential to the maximum , I feel govt. should take steps to give students some relaxation in competence,

Problem - Cheque bounce occurs as receiver never knows if cheque payment would be honored or rejected by bank. This makes cheque instruments risky from receiver point of view

Idea - Cheques verifying software can be developed to verify if cheque would be honored by bank and sufficient balance exist in a/c by implementing systems like credit card readers, Mobile App, online verification systems by entering cheque information & amount details. This makes bank cheques a more reliable instruments.
