In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

More than 3 lakhs children r being abducted or lost each yr in India, it's very disturbing. I wanted to design a digital watch with micro-chip (or a nano-sim) bearing all necessary information of a child. The information can be entered at the time of Birth i.e. in Hospital itself or at the time of Registration of the Birth (municipal corp). The micro-chip can be read by a simple RFID reader, which is connected to a database. Police and other authorities can simply retrieve all the data related.

Dear Sir, one of the ways to the win the kashmir hearts is to promote their cultural loss / trade / business in other states of india and promote business for them in other parts of india. that will divert the youth to concentrate on business. I would also suggest you to create opportunities to promote cultural activities like you do in Gandhinagar gujarat during the month of Feb. It is a fabulous treat to watch where lots of cultures perform art. Sir give it a thought lot will change in muslims

Dear Sir, In defence lots of money is spent by government for transfer of people for every 2, 3 or 5 years. There are claims etc etc people gets. I suggest if you can fix that tenure to higher no of years lot of money can be saved. of course there are strategic decisions as exceptions.
