In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Dear Sir, Muslims in this country are lacking a strong body under which all their social issues are resolved. It is a right opportunity for you to bring all divided sects like deobandis, barelvis and others into one roof and make them responsible / accountable to resolve the social issues. This will eradicate lot of social evils like divorce cases, youth being encashed for terrorism. Make that body responsible for entire country. I strongly suggest the results will be very encouraging.

Dear Sir, I request you to formulate a policy where in the existance of Dons / Menace even in local areas to be abolished strictly. A strong political will is required to erase this menace and the youth will be directed towards right path. These dons and goondas are there in my religion also. Sir, i request you why not to erase them once for all and bring back peace for humanity. People are taking their help to eradicate personal differences and that is what encouraging them to spread their legs

Dear Sir, I found many government servants who are supposed to be serving the nation being in Forest Services are actually looting the money and not doing their job properly. They have accumulated moolah over period of decades and retired and there is no accountability of wealth accumulated by them over the years. This is a big nexus. Over and above they have indulged in private businesses and didnot serve the nation. I request you to investigate and make them cough what they looted.

Dear Sir, I am working in SBI and going to retire on 30th June 2015. While working in the office I often find very much in rest among the people on the issue of LPG gas. This was one of the one of the reasons why the public threw out UPA government out the General Elections earlier this year. But, it is found that the newly elected NDA government is following the same. I request you to follow a simplified procedure so that the people should not suffer. Makarand M Umalkar 09423119815

Under the expenditure managment activity, I wish to suggest govt has to initiate one important step in digital transaction that is. all payout by govt (state or central) either for salary or supliers or any other payout shall be made in Uni mode digital form which cannot be converted to cash for atlease one year as a trial run. As a beguinnig atlease 50% payout in uni mode and another 50% in dualmode.

This is a basic requirement for any enterprise level application to have interoperability across the enterprise as well as provide interface to external stakeholders. Everyone in the world has been dealing with this so we are not the first ones to solve this issue. Let's write our requirements, look at the open standards available (e.g. https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_cat.php?cat=egovlegal), parallel implementation done at the top govt. establishments in the world and drive out the way.
