"Jan Dhan Yojana" is a great start to open accounts, but they will become redundant if not used often. The best way to use it to provide a mini ATM (one per village )kind of facility in villages which has like put cash in and take cash out only options. The daily labors can then put 200, 300 rps they earn into the bank through mini ATM and take cash in 100, 200 when needed. This way we will bring digitization to villages. These ATM can use wireless mobile internet for communications.

Security and data exchange standards should be common across government organization systems. This would help in faster integration of multiple systems and great control on change management.

Boosting up India with semiconductor industry. Hidden secret of semiconductor industry is "High purity quartz" unknowingly India is the prime source to the world for this rare mineral.advantage's of HPQ is its low impurity(obstructs conducting) level. It doesn't need many purification levels,in single stage silicon ingots can be produced at 99.999999 level purity. Which means we can produce cheaply solar cells & other semiconducting materials. Which r the prime agent's driving this world.

Present Lok Ayukta Acts of States does not facilitate their Lok Ayuktas to function as a fact finding Body or Scandinevian Ombudsman. Now it functions as Court. For Eg in one of hearing the Upa Lok Ayukta of Kerala in his Kannur sitting of my case refuse to ask the witness present there a simple question as to authenticity of his signature in my produced evidence. His plea was that in he absence of a witness stand he cannot examine him.Requirement is a central Act

We always use to talk about BLACK MONEY, CORRUPTION, irregularities in duties of GOVT SERVANTS. But no one talks about RESERVATION (caste-based, gender-based, domicile-based). Are these not the issues which are yet to be discussed? Hasn't the time come arrived when we should rise above this category-based mentality? As a citizen of BHARAT, I want to ask my dear PM ji, when will these issues be raise in the holy PARLIAMENT?
