In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

AADHAR Card database read access need to be give for all the department in Cental Govt & State Govt with minimum details whichever data required for there deptment, Also all the data need to add in AADHAR database like DL, Vote ID, PAN Card, Bank account etc.. Also AADHAR Database should encrypted & cluster with Multiple Instance. Regards, Rajesh R.

६. RAC उपभोक्ता अगर अगले २ स्टेशनतक बार कोडीग नही करता तो उसका आरक्षण रद्द कर अगले को दीया जायेगा! एक करणे का कारण यह है की, जो तिकट रिझव्हेशन रेल्वे के T.C देते ही, वह उनके मतलबके अनुसार होता है! ईसमे भेद भाव होता है, और रेव्हेनु सरकार को नही मिलता बलकी TC के जेब मे जाता है! तथा यात्री को उसकी तिकीट चालू ट्रेन मे आरक्षीत होनेसे वह यात्री रेल्वे प्रशासन की तहेदिलसे तारीफ करेंगा!

कृपया अगले स्टेशन के भितर करवा ले अन्यथा आप यात्रा नही कर रहे है ऐसा समझकर आपका तीकीट RAC उपभोक्ता को दिया जायेगा! ५. जब रेल आरक्षण स्टेशनसे ३ या ४ थे पर आयेगी तो जीन लोगोने तिकीट बार कोडींग नही कीया है उस तिकीट आरक्षण को RAC के उपभोक्ता को दिया जायेगा! वह RAC उपभोक्ता को उसका SMS जायेगा तथा जिस व्यक्तीने तिकीट बार कोडींग नही की उसकोभी SMS जायेगा! ६. RAC उपभोक्ता अगर अगले २ स्टेशनतक बार कोडीग नही करता तो उसका आरक्षण रद्द कर अगले को दीया जायेगा! एक करणे का कारण यह है की, जो तिकट रिझव्हेशन र

३. जो भी व्यक्ती आरक्षण करता है तो उसे रेल छूटने के पहले अपनी तिकीट बार कोड रिडर मे रिड करणा आवश्यक है! ‍िजव वह व्यक्ती रेल्वे प्लॅट फॉमे होगा तो वह वहासे तिकीट बार कोड मशीनसे रिड करवा ले अन्यथा वो रेल्वे प्लॅट फॉमे मे तिकीट रिड नही कर सका तो जब रेल आयेगी तो उसमे लगे हुये उपकरण के द्वारा वह अपणा तीकीट बारकोड से रिड करवा ले! ४. रेल आरक्षण स्टेशन से छुटने के १५ मिनिट के भितर अगर तिकीट बार कोड रिड नही करता है तो उसे रेलद्वारा मेसेज उनके मोबाईल पर जाये की, आपणे अपणा तिकीट कोडींग कीया नही है, कृपया

मै प्रमोद महादेव पुरी, सौरभ कॉलनी, अमरावती आपसे भारतीय रेल रिर्झव्हेशन (आरक्षण) के बारे मे निम्मलीखीत निवेदन करता हू की, रेल्वे आरक्षण कक्ष से जब हम तिकीट खरेदी करते है अन्यथा Online तिकीट खरेदी करते है तो उसमे मेरा कहना है की, जब रेल्वे की आरक्षण तिकीट खरेदी करते है तो १. उसमे बार कोड होना चाहीये! २. बार कोड रिडर जो रेल्वे स्टेशन, प्लॅट फॉमे तथा रेल के डिब्बेमे होना चाहीजे, जीसे की, जब तिकीट मे जो बार कोड होगा उससे रेल मे लगे बार कोड रिडरसे उपभोक्ता को उसकी जानकारी होगी उससे उसे अपडेट मिलेगा!

police should take every individuals finger print and try to build a database ( tak finger prints from places like railway stations) ....every police station should be provided with wifi

Give the right to every department for making the AADHAR, and AADHAR card enroll in one portal. So that every government department can excess for verification anywhere in India. Who come without AADHAR Card any citizen, make immediately and include (attached with AADHAR) all document no and picture in his data and make sure picture is clear and sharp. Major responsible department – Gas agency, All Bank, Driving License Office, Passport Office, Electricity Department, Election Commission. Process for example – Gas Connection – if someone have gas connection dealer (Gas Agency) will check his PAN card, Driving license, Ration Card, Voter card, Bank Account, most important his mobile number. And complete family detail, education and all needed detail. And Stop all facility without AADHAR Card.
