In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

To curb the crime CCTV cameras must be installed at all petrol pumps for fast tracking of suspected vehicle..a person should be issued a maximum of two mobile sims that too after physical verification like passport..it should not belong to any company but to India. It should be like, user can get it recharged with any company any time after paying due charge.. it will also help in curbing the crime...

Many people in region have appreciated your appreciation towards the efforts of the 'role of media' especially in bringing awareness on "swach Bharat". Thank you.

To make Digital India a success dear PM you need to expand the Internet capacities exponentially by way of reliable connectivity and speed, both of which are in a pathetic state. PSU or private players must be encouraged to provide multiple access points with dedicated and committed speeds. As of now MTNL or such companies or even private companies are cheating the public by unfulfilled promises of connectivity and speed. Dear PM you have not elaborated on how you are going to resolve this issue

Motivation and punishment are needed to prevent littering. Initiatives to Prevent littering are required more than cleaning exercise. No amount of efforts put on cleaning can ever succeed if majority takes pride in littering. Also, consider banning manufacturing and usage of poly bags.Nature generally takes care of most of the litter produced by us, but it fails against poly bags. Alternatively, enhance cost of poly bags to a level that people are compelled to shun them / reuse them.

Dear PM

Hello PM Sir, I am worried about the overloaded population in Delhi. It is only because industries have been unfairly deployed in Delhi/NCR. Because of this encroachment people's lives have become hell. In my opinion, Only Solution of this problem is to migrate these industries equally in all states specially in U.P, Bihar, Jharkhand and Bangal. This will help people find their livelihoods in their own places, feeling more safe and satisfied living with their families. Jai Shree Ram
