Government should start a National Property Register similar to NSDL/CDSL and each property transaction should be recorded on this. Long term/short term capital gains should get reported to the TRACES data base of Income tax department. Maximum black money is used to buy property and if this is implemented, this avenue of investment for black money will get curbed to a large extent.

PM should get Share depositories (NSDL / CSDL) to submit short term / long term capital gains for each PAN for which MF / Equity transactions happen. Same should be done by each MF house. These should be included in the TRACES data base in which currently TDS is recorded. This way individual will know his income in this manner and knowing this information is now transparently available, will pay the taxes upfront. This will reduce black money.
Sir,Canteen Stores Department (CSD) is one of the facility provided by the govt to the serving as well as retired defense personnel. In solapur(Maharashtra) only one CSD is functional,it covers 11 Tahsils and whole city. Further the CSD has weekly off on Sunday and half day on Saturday. Hundreds of ex servicemen and their dependent wait2-3 hours for purchasing items from CSD.It causes a lot of difficulty to us. Selfservice style operation will improve the efficiency of CSD, please look into this

To PMO staff, Mann Ki baat, truly its a good initiative from honourable PM.
This program should reach farmers, labours, and poor and middle class people. also it should reach in their language. I feel then only it becomes more reachable and effective program.
Also, needs to drive the attention of students and youth towards this program. Honourable PM needs to give hope and fulfillment for farmers, poor people.
Respected Modi ji, just to remind your promise to complete cases against elected members viz MLAs MLCs MPs Corporators etc within a fix time frame maximum of 1 year to restore the confidence of Voters in Institution of Democracy. Please share the views with youths on the subject followed by concrete steps initiated by Modi Govt. in this regard immediately. This matter is long overdue and require urgent attention to put this Govt in High esteem and true to their words.
