Start Date :
Jul 11, 2016
Last Date :
Aug 23, 2016
00:00 AM IST (GMT +5.30 Hrs)
Indian National Defence University Bill, 2015 proposes to establish a world class fully autonomous institution of National Importance under Ministry of Defence. University will ...
By Our Center Government, location to be shifted to any district which needs to be developed not to the GURGAON as it is already developed and have many institute already. Shift it INDU in Madhya Pradesh or Bundelkhand area
The INDU Bill would augur well for national security and academics as well. The Centre for Distance and Open Learning is a good step. Along with it, Defence and Strategic Studies should be offered at PG, UG levels; Diploma & Certificate programmes in all universities and colleges. The Bill should also provide for direct recruitment of candidates [in government] after obtaining Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates in Defence Studies. Fee Structure for all programmes/courses should be spelled out clearly.
Although it is a great idea and a need of the hour, but
There should be no reservations during selection of candidates; it should be only on the basis of merit.
Since it will be dealing in areas of strategic importance - National Security, Defence Management, Defence Technology and research on all aspects relating to national security, and will also be reaching out to scholars and an audience beyond the official machinery, there is need to be vigilant so that no harm be done our nation.
The University will be instituted by the Act of the Parliament of India, and President of India will be a Visitor, and the Defence Minister will be the Chancellor. INDU will be governed as per its own norms and will be responsible to promote coordination and interaction between Institutions of Armed Forces or establishments of the country. It will give opportunity of higher studies through distance learning to both military and civilian personnel. It will also give affiliation to defence trainin
Hope the INDU will come up with out-of-the-box solutions to some of the festering and pestering problems, viz., Indo-Pak, Indo-China border, Tibet issues, etc.
A welcome move by the Government indeed! There are youths who are willing to serve Indian Defence Services. Some of them have even cleared all stages of SSB but rejected finally due to their more than required number of eyesight. Can they get a suitable place in the Indian Defence Service?
All NDA activities should be started for each and every School and it will maintain to our future
There needs to be an in-depth study by the upcoming INDU on the roles of Civilian Administration and Armed Forces to deal with terrorist-backed civilian violence, particularly in states along the international border. The conclusions of the study, as far practicable as, must be implemented without any reservations, in the interest of national security.
Priya pradhan mantri ji yah vichar bahut prasansniya hai. es se school me adhyyan kar rahe vidhathiyo ka "NCC" our "Scout Guide" ke prati akarshan badhega.
THIS SHOULD BE PART OF THEIR STUDY COURSE. AFTER COMPLETION 10TH STANDARD AND BEFORE CHOOSING THEIR NEXT STREAM.
