But unfortunately, most Govt school principle and village schoolmasters are lazy and aged people, who often sound irritated. This is at the grassroot level. Further, if you enter universities, it is often very difficult to reach the right person. The officers drive you from one place to another, but still you reach nowhere. The system is disoriented. The poor and uneducated suffer the most. Just giving a jist, I want you to look deeper into the system to identify the loopholes.

We need a leader who addresses the problems of the people and that of the students. We do not need a very qualified and educated minister, but a leader who carefully listens to the problems of the people and to the advises of the bureaucrats and comes with the bestt policies. But it is not the only MHRD which requires a reform, but the education system which requires a reform. At school level we require friendly, helpful and smart principles.
