भारत सरकार की नवीन . शकि्षा नीत-ि पर दनिांक 24.08.2015 को जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन कयिा गया ; शासकीय स्नातकोत्तर महावदि्यालय नीमच. जिला नीमच म. प्र. 1.उच्च् शिक्षा संस्थानों का वित पेाषण आवश्यक है जिससे आर्थिक रूप्ा से सक्षम न होने पर भी मेद्यावी विद्वा-िर्थयों को ऐसे संस्थनों में पढने का लाभ मिल सके। ये छात्र और देश दोनों के हित में हेगाा। 2. आंतरिक मूल्यांकन नि-िश्चत समय अंतराल पर आवश्यक है और इसकी सतत निगरानी निष्पक्ष ऐजेन्साी के द्वारा हो। 3. योग्य अध्यापकों एवं कार्यालय कर्मियों

Namaskar Sir, Kindly consider following suggestions to reduce burden of students carrying heavily loaded bags. 1)Instead of carrying all the class, home work note books,allow them to carry 50 loose papers.After teachers' remarks these papers will be filed in the respective files. 2)Text books xerox copies,lesson number wise stapled, and relevant lesson copies will be carried to school. Sir kindly instruct to implement and relieve students from pains,becoming sick,and realize Swasth Bharat.

We provide much training to teachers and only 5 % has motivated after training. Denying and unknowing is regular practice of teachers. So, classroom remains unchanged after 2003.90 % teachers are adopting traditional method and not interested on student’s progress.it happened due to absence of monitoring system.Teacher’s activities are not traced.There is only one solution that is web based monitoring of school functioning.Teacher's increment may provide on student performance,student progress

Good school functioning depends on teacher's interest.. MDM implementation depends on Head Teacher’s own motivation. There is no checking system of student performance which is all dependable on teacher’s wish. If one teacher is motivated for doing for society, then he does. There is no administrative structured mechanism for monitoring. Random monitoring system is there, but it is not effective for 3000 schools in one level

The present era is to think digitized school, but we are working to provide general entitlements like toilet, to maintain PTR etc.Teachers are providing training how to use toilet. After having such big projects, we should reach at least at mid-level milestone.

So far quality education with modern amenities is concerned, we are in starting milestone. We failed to grow modern mind-set in the mind of teachers, authority. We are hesitating to follow new learning/teaching methodology. We found ourselves in secure position to deliver our expertise traditionally.

Absence of accountability in decision making process from the Government level is responsible for slow progress in education system.Demand of rationalization was raised in Assam for 5 years, but the Government Of Assam has hesitated to implement the rationalization process for the political reason and kept the issue unsolved.

Education policy is bureaucratic and director oriented not plan oriented. This is one which is responsible to slow progress in schools. Each new director posted has drawn some plans as per his opinion and do not sustain if he transferred. Non-completing earlier project, new one tabled. Somewhere, same project in different name implemented. As a result, repetition occurs.

शिक्षा हेतु अनेक सरकारी और गैर सरकारी संस्‍थान कार्यरत हैं तथा अनेको प्रयास करने के बावजुद स‍रकारी विद़यालयो के परिणाम गैर सरकारी संस्‍थानों से बेहतर नही आते है जबकि सरकारी अध्‍यापक प्रशिक्षित होते है व‍ अनेक सुविधाएं व वेतन भी गैर सरकारी विदयालयो से अधिक होता है इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में इलाहाबाद कोर्ट का ऐतिहासिक फैसला आया हैं केन्‍द्र सरकार अपने स्‍तर पर कानुन बनाकर आदेश जारी कर दे कि समस्‍त सरकारी कर्मचारी,नेता व‍ समस्‍त सरकारी परियोजनाओ से जुडेृ कर्मचारियों के बच्‍चें सरकारी स्‍कुलो में ही पढे्गे ा
