निजी व राजकीय महाविद्यालयों में अध्यापक हेतु समान रूप हो क्योंकि राजकीय सेवा में जाने के बाद अध्यापक अपनी भूमिका से विमुख हो जाता है जिसका प्रमुख कारण है राजकीय व निजी क्षेत्र की शब्दावली। तथा महाविद्यालय शिक्षक चयन प्रक्रिया को बदल कर प्रायोगिक प्रक्रिया कर दिया जाए तो अच्छा होगा

2• शिक्षक अच्छे नागरिक का निर्माण कर सके इस हेतु सरकार द्वारा शिक्षक का चयन प्रायोगिक परीक्षण से हो जिसका समय एक वर्ष हो ताकि इससे वह अपनी योग्यता को प्रमाणित कर सकें, इससे प्रत्येक वर्ष सरकार को बिना खर्च लाखों शिक्षक मिल सकेंगे और जो वास्तव में शिक्षक ही बनना चाहते हैं वे हर वर्ष प्रयास करें और निशुल्क शिक्षा प्रदान करें जो अच्छा होगा तो चयन किया जाए । अंतिम चुनाव में विभिन्न प्रकार के मापदंड हो सकते हैं। आशा करता हूँ आप सहमत होंगे। आपका अभिषेक पारीक अजमेर

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार, महोदय जी राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति में बदलाव हेतु आभार, महोदय जी मैं एक अध्यापक हूँ और मेरा नई शिक्षा नीति हेतु सुझाव है निम्नलिखित हैं - 1• शिक्षक के बिना शिक्षा नीति का कोई औचित्य नहीं । सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है सबका विकास सबका साथ परन्तु शिक्षकों की कमी से आने वाली पीढ़ी का विकास कैसे हो सकता है ? सभी शिक्षा संस्थानों में १००% शिक्षक हो तथा सभी शिक्षक समाज की प्रगति को सुनिश्चित करने प्रयास करे एवं प्रति माह कार्य की प्रगति का विश्लेषण हो

सभी पढ़ाई (technical and non technical) अपनी मातृभाषा में किया जाय इससे लोग ज्यादा जल्दी और अच्छी तरह सीख पाएंगे ! जैसे कि जापान में अपनी मातृभाषा जापानी में, चीन में मंदारिन में, जर्मनी में जर्मन में, अमेरिका में अमेरिकन इंग्लिश में ब्रिटेन में अंग्रेजी में पढ़ाई होती है !उसी तर्ज पर भारत के जो हिंदी भाषी क्षेत्र है वहाँ हिंदी में जिस क्षेत्र में बंगाली बोला जाता है वहाँ बंगला में जहाँ तमिल बोला जाता है वहाँ तमिल में पढ़ाई किया जाना चाहिए !

There must be regular surprise check up in all colleges especially of Medicine.

Need of hour is to develop proper system to check on, whats going on in Universities of India.........lots of corruption.....improper education......improper facilities........ This professionalism in education has just made Education an business of just making money....Does Indian stand for this? Does our ancestor thought of making money from education...No no no....My humble request is to develop some online system to take reviews of colleges and universties.,.by student itself....

So, it is imperative for our governance to restructure our education system, to focus primarily on developing questions among students. Once that starts, we have highly qualified teachers to guide them through. As an eg, as an engineer, I would suggest in the very first semester, we should focus on what is generally taught in last sem. The basic applications, technologies we are surrounded by, develop the interest, questions and gradually zoom in on finer technical aspects of that subsequently.

Just to continue, education should not follow a bottoms up approach but a top down approach. A primary student should understand how maths will help him solve daily problems. We should create workshops, provide practical experience to them to understand that. An engineer has no point in learning modulation, multiplexings and other technical stuffs if he does not have the basic question in mind that how a communication system works. Education is just the process of finding answers to questions.

Hi, We must get back the focus on excellence in education, rather than chasing mere degrees. For that, we need to develop interest among students; they must feel the urge for education, they must feel the excitement of learning and must not see it as an extra burden. Education should be synonymous to entertainment. Thats it. Need nothing more to do. For that, we must give them a purpose to educate themselves and that purpose is to find answers to questions.
