The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

தங்கள் இடத்தை விட்டுப் புலம் பெயர்ந்து வேலைசெய யும் தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் குடும்பத்தினர. தங்களை ஏழை. ஏழை என்று சொல்லியே இரக்கத்தையும் சலுகையையும் உதவிகளையும் பெறுகின்றனர். ஆனால் தங்கள் குழந்தைகளுக்குத் நிறைய சீர்செனத்தி வரதட்சிணை ஆடம்பரத் திருமணம் சொந்தவீடு கட்டி வாழ்வதோடு பணத்திமிரையும் காட்டுகின்றனர். இன்னும் சிலர் புலம்பெயரந்த இடத்தில் சொந்தவீடு வாங்குவதோடு தங்கள் ஊரின் சொந்த வீட்டை விற்பதும் விஷயங்களில் அரசு சரியான சட்டம் திட்டம. வரவேண்டும். ஏழைகளை விட ஏழைப் பொய்யர்கள் நடிப்பவர்கள் அதிகம்.

जहां तक मेरा अपना विचार है और समाज में जैसी भ्रांतियां फैली हुई है सरकार ऊपर से कितनी भी व्यवस्था करें कितना भी लोन बैंकों के पास रखे परंतु बैंक जन सामान्य को लोन नहीं देते हैं लोन उन्हीं को मिलता है जिससे जिससे मैनेजर की सांठगांठ होती है और 10 परसेंट आठ परसेंट जो मैनेजर लेता है वही बैंक का लोन पास करता है जिससे आमजन को कोई फायदा नहीं होता

ரேஷன்கார்டுகள் புதிய டெ்க்னாலஜியில் குடும்ப மொத்த வருமானம் பிறந்த தேதிநின் அடிப்படையில் வயதுகள் தானாகவே கூடுதல், குழந்தைகள் சம்பாதிக்க ஆரம்பிக்கும்போது ரேஷன் கார்டின் நம்பரில் அந்த வருமானம் காட்டப்படுதல், ஒவ்ஒரு குடும்பத்திற்கும் ஏழைமுதல் பணக்காரன. வரை ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் அன்றாடத் தேவைக்கான பொருட்கள் வழங்குவதோடு, அவர்கள் நிஜமாகவே இருக்கும் இடத்தை காட்டும்படியும், இலவச மருத்துவம் மற்றும் அவசர உதவி பெறும் வசதி பெறும்படியாகவும், அவசியப.பொருட்கள் வாங்குவதும் காட்டப்படும்படியாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

Namaste 🙏🏻 As everyone has talent... and if he wants to go for any such education... if government fullfills employment opportunities.... Definitely all such courses boom... and India will be a educated country.. and employed country... try to implement such steps please 🙏🏻

ரேஷன்கார்டுகளில் குடும்பத்தின் வருமானம் குழந்தைகளின் வயது இவைகளின் அடிப்படையிலேயே இன்னமும் நிறையபேர்கள் சலுகை அனுபவிக்கின்றனர். அந்தக் குழந்தைகள் வளர்ந்து பெரியதாகி சம்பாதித்தாலும் ரேஷன் மூலம் பெறும் பொருட்களை சில வஞ சகர்கள் ப்ளாக் ல அதிக விலைக்கு விற்கின்றனர்.கார்டில் காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள வருமானத்தைவிட நிறையவே சம்பாதிக்கின்றனர். அதிக கல்விக்கட்டணம் நிறைய சீர்செனத்திகளோடு ஆடம்பரத் திருமணம், சொந்தவீடு இவைகளுக்கு மட்டும் இவ்வளவு பணம் எப்படி வருகிறது. ரேஷன் கார்டு விஷயத்தில் சட்டம் வரவேண்டும்.

Assessors shall undergo some training and test with NCVET before being put on job of assessment. They shall be explained about the intent of the assessment process and methodology

As assessment process seems to be a system based, Assessor can be an engineering graduate or equivalent with industrial experience. ITI/ Diploma holders can be trainers but not assessors

NCVET can take some important vocational education & Training programmes for industries on: Glucose, Biscuits, Milk foods (for babies & others); Medicines; & etc. Related trained persons may essential for proposed Industrial project of New R.V.H. to different places (may associated Ayushman Bharat).
