The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Regarding students assessment, especially those who are preparing for their board exams ..These should be a feasible and reliable pattern of assessment to be adopted ..

There are online fraudsters including websites, apps, banks, financial institutions, etc. Regulatory body shall mandate that: : OTP for each online transaction shall be mandatorily required. Any online txn. without OTP shall not be permissible. : OTP message must contain requested amount to avoid undue deduction from customer account. : Bank must provide facility to set amount to restrict for online transaction. : App shall seek confirmation to avoid auto deduction of amount after OTP auto-read

Students who had completed 3 years Skill development program will be granted with ITI certificate and 5 years course Diplomas these certificate must have one two year weightage in Diploma in Engineering Course/UG courses

Skill development program for school levels might include Mobile repair, Computer Repair, Coding, Web designing, Computer Accounting, Banking, Circuit Design, Beauty Parlor, Tailoring, secretarial practice etc so that basic skill will developed at school level

skill development program should start from class 6 onwards in collaboration with schools these courses might be partially funded by govt partially by parents and these should not be made compulsory but due weightage must be granted to students who will complete it

as a follow up my earlier comment here this is very well known by us that China may be doing this intentionally and if this comes out true under our concerned agencies ii investigation then these phone's needs to be banned immediately and this should be raised with concerned chinese authorities as this May go unnoticed but it may be the conspiracy by communist croocked party of china as to show Arunachal Pradesh as their part which is not true my appeal to prime minister of India to urgently
