there should not be exploitation of students in name of work experience and institutes should not be blamed as well when they are really offering workexperience.. this should be observed by both d parts..corruption or any type of irregularity or favour or mal practice on any part at any level must be counted as serious crime..

Sir I suggest following points:
1. Fee sharing ratio between AA and AB should be 70:30.
2. There should be provision to assess and grade all service and goods provider on road side with a nominal charges so the public knows the efficiency level before availing the services or goods from them.
3. All the result and grades should be in public domain online.
4. We should create the system student/ worker/ service provider centric and as facilitating and NOT controlling/punishing.

Assessment Agencies should be given proper time and opportunity to new small institutes to develop such skills so to cope up with regional students by promoting such skills which are far away from the original younger generation. Many of the young students even don't know about it.

The most important is that guidelines once approved should be implemented without communication gap. These agencies should be a bridge or coordinator between the vocational institutions and skilled owner / labour of very small cottage industries .

Assessment Agencies (AA) shall be framed in such a way that it has easy access and stay pristine. Every skilled person can provide feedback, which can be used by AB's.
