Suggest ways to enhance youth participation in politics and governance.
Last date for sending your suggestions is 31st December, 2014.
There should be proper training programs for Good Governance and Public Policy in colleges and universities which can inspire youth to do good and be trained in the right manner.
Rajniti me yuvao ka hona behad jaruri hei aur yuvao ki sahbhagita badhane k liye jaruri hei ki yuvao ko samay -samay par rajniti me awsar pradan kiye jae sath hi ek aisi body ko banaya jae jisese yuva janta aur sarkar k bich govt. Machinery ki jo plan execution ki pareshani hei*curruption he* jankalyan yuva utthan ki jo -jo yojnae hei unki jankari na kevel janta ko de balki unka labh dilakar economic feedback le jisese desh ki growth badhegi janta seedhe sarkar se judhegi currupt serviceman and
school time se desh prem jagane ke liye youth ko socity se jude chote chote challenges diye jaye.taki we sahi wqt pr sahi desicion le aur desh ke liye unme responsblity aaye.
aaj ka youth curruption ke khilaaf jana chata he,isliye unhe isi disha m jyda se jyda inspire kiya jaye, taki we man se desh ke liye samrpit ho jaye.kisi bhi burai ya galt kam ko highlight na kiya jaye hamesha us kaam ke galt result ke bare me youth ko aweare kiya jaye taki we galt rassto pr na jaye.school time se hi unha chote -chote social challenges activity ke through dye jaaye jase jis area me school he.waha ki safai aur kas us area ko devlop kr sakte he,.etc..is trh ke chalenge de .taki z
Having read the above concept finally the readers may end up with a very big doubt regarding the position of the cash in the form of Indian currency which is held by embassies across the world in many countries, this problem can also be resolved to the extent possible by making proper communication with all the concerned Governments. If this concept is implemented by the government, it motivates the people to maintain Bank accounts compulsory, as it is really a very good habit on part of people
While specifying the limit as discussed in the above paragraph Government in Consultation with RBI should make sure that beyond the limit if an individual wants to exchange cash by approaching Bank, the Bank should obtain appropriate ID (which may be in the form of PAN Card, Voter ID, Ration Cards etc.,) which enables the Bank to Keep an efficient Control on the said Individuals. see my next post
I don’t think it may create problem for educated one’s because now a days every job holder and business man maintaining a bank account and very small amount only maintaining in the form currency.
Again the Govt. has to specify a limit per individual beyond this the money will be exchanged through bank account it means for the amount they have submitted to Bank will get credited to their account. As it may become a burden to the people who does not have any Bank accounts I suggest to replace the Rs. 500 notes and 1,000 notes as the black money largely is in the form of 500 and 1,000 notes which will be carried by very few of poor people. see my next post
My Idea is to reduce the generation of Black money in India so as to replace the currency notes at regular intervals that is here the RBI should play a major role and should make specific changes in the currency notes that is RBI should circulate new currency notes and issue the same to the public. This action will result in uncovering the black money holders in India as they have to change their currency on which tax has not been paid otherwise it will become useless to them. see my next post
REDUCE RETIREMENT OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, BOTH ALL INDIA SERVICES AND CENTRAL SERVICES, TO 58 YEARS FROM MARCH 2015. DIVERT ALL VACATED POSTS TO MILITARY AND PARA MILITARY IN PREPARATION OF CIVIL WAR LIKE SITUATION LIKELY DUE TO INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC NETWORK. ONCE THESE OBSTACLES ( EMPLOYEES) ARE REDUCED BY NEW RETIREMENT AGE, IT WILL MAKE WAY FOR SOME FACILITATION IN ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ENABLE PARTICIPATION OF YOUTH IN GOVERNANCE ALSO. REDUCE PRESENT LOT OF CONGRESS ERA APPOINTED OFFICERS
