•Organizations and adults often do not think young people are capable of demonstrating leadership
•Goals and roles are not clearly defined
•Youth leadership development requires time and resources
•Youth leaders move on – sustainability and succession planning strategies are not well developed

India is known to be youth capital. So, every youth of this country can make difference to the politics and governance. By keeping open forums to interact with the youth to take their ideas about politics, by inducting maximum youth by the political parties for the local body election so that the individual can have experience about the politics. and can get proper guidance by their seniors. Also the youth can be able to cope up with the issues and understand the issues which youth never known.

Youth's participation in nation building, including Politics and Governance , can be enhanced by highlighting importance of ethics in their lives, in NCC training. It is very important that MEANS to achieve the ends / objectives are as , if not more important than the ends/objectives. Today's youth is only interested in achieving the ends, without bothering for the methods adopted. This trend is dangerous, as unethical means will invariably have disastrous results, in the long run.

there should be a parliament like structure in every ward consisting only of youth chosen by the citizen of the ward. the complete procedure should be comprised of a formal nomination and voting assisted by the ward member in the most feasible way. the board should meet every 1st sunday of the month and only issues regarding education and cleanliness to be discussed. and the most important thing education and extracurricular activities must not be the criteria for contesting for election.

must focus on education ;our people should be able to earn their livelihood and donot depend for goverment help ; live with honor . people have ability to think what they did for country not the country is doing for them and that thing comes from education. people should come forward/top on merit list not on nepotism or by family background.
