Action Plan: -
1. Organise a half marathon in Lutyens' Delhi, a majority of significant contribution can come from the residents of this area in delhi.
2. Make a website for people to donate with their cards.
3. Publicise on Twitter and Facebook.
4. Organise matches in respective Sports for Colleges in Delhi, and add the clause of a minor participation fee. Choose volunteers from the respective colleges themselves.
5. Ask BCCI to make a contribution.
Donations to its by big corporates under corporate social responsibilities will be helpful.
By organising Sport celebrities matches, programmes may be helpful as peoples are ready to give any cost to see these big celebrities .Giving it's venue to big corporates to organise their employee matches also.
Give generous funding to P.T.Usha school of athletics in payannur,kerala and develop international facilities over there.
Give Indian citizenship for kenyan marathoners so they can teach our young marathon runners.Give scholarship for our school medal winners to practice in American stadiums with foreign coaches.
Get american coaches like Carl lewis to coach our school athletic team and russian coaches for our gymnastic team.Train them when they are six years old and start sports university in kerala which has good athletes.
SAI STADIA - REVENUE - SUGGESTIONS
1. Link educational institutions with inadequate sports facilities, region-wise, on annual fee basis
2. Lease space to private sports academies
3. Annual games at Delhi be a regular feature, advertisements, sponsors etc.
4. Lease sites to entertainment / film production houses
5. Converting rooms into Budget Guest Houses for tourists
6. Leasing space for Exhibitions
7. Create recreational clubs for residents

‘SPORTS BRAND’ creates awareness of healthy living and longer living. ‘SPORTS BRAND’ – birthday/anniversary celebration. The SAI create Sunday celebration where family comes to play different games to celebrate their birthday/anniversary. Where coaches teach kids to adult rules of different games and teach them how to play. The session can be from 2 hours to 6 hours. The session should be audio-visual to hands on.
SAI should increase prize money for national completion which creates awareness and interest in people that you can live good life by playing or involve in sports. SAI should market ‘PLAYING AND GET INVOLVE IN SPORTS AS BRAND’ to national televisions.
SAI should have Sport University/Academy – Athlete, Sports Physiotherapy, Sports medicine and nutrition, Sports Fashion (Cloths), Sports Goods Manufacturing and Technology (equipment and ground). The courses and consultation can generate income.
SAI do partnerships with schools, college and university for train their students with fees.
SAI and sports ministry organise more international sports competitions, which can draw more spectacles and earning.
