recently Microsoft tie to make digital India if they help in children safety by following my idea .all are use windows. the company should provide a built in children safety software .automatic updates should provide for safety.in feature every laptop should come with built OS only in market due to this we can get a original OS.

Create laws that make ISPs record Internet activity and let it be presented to parents with bill.
Create Internet Threat Monitor group that should monitor trends and events on Internet that are a security thread to Indians.
Create digital content rating system. Enforce it strictly by punishing who are selling adult rated items to kids.
