This idea is for the ministry of broadcasting, Similar to the mobile number portability can we think of something similar for the DTH connections. Currently if you have to move to a new service provider you need to buy the settop box, the dish and the connection. if we look at the connection its thru a card very similar to a SIM card. what can be done is the set top box and dish remain the same and the consumer can move to a new service provider by changing/replacing that card.

First of all Use parental control DNS Server on your PC, Laptop or wireless router, that block all pornography sites, botnet, spyware, adware, scam sites and more. There are Symantec DNS(199.85.126.30, 199.85.127.300, OpenDNS(208.67.222.123, 208.67.220.123).

Kudos on the DigiLocker! Now only if our Aadhaar Card becomes the one and only thing required for everything in India that could be a huge step. DigiLocker is going to save around 5 days to start a business. If credit history, credit score and other details are also linked to the Aadhaar card then the process of getting loans in India will become faster. NPAs of banks will go down further. Crowdfunded Investments such as P2P Lending, Energy, Real Estate, Farming should be looked into asap.
Over exposure to TV and movie should be curtailed and disciplined.
Parents should be more friendly with children and should also keep an eye on them.there should be a necessary bonding between parents and children that they share almost everything what is currently happening with them.
At the same time there are some websites which for their benefits put 18+ ads.
These type of websites and even porn websites,if possible should be removed one by one,and if govt.starts this today a day will come where there will be no porn site in India which will be a big lead
