The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

I was counting on this Gov for black money. I have a suggestion that
- Bring a scheme like, You pay the Tax+Penalty on the black money. No body will be questioning you from where you brought this money. No imprisonment. Clean history after paying the tax+penalty amount.
- Give them certain time limit to pay OR sell proprties
This will encourage a/c holders to open up. Rightnow, they are all scared of media chaos and they don't have any way out even if they want to settle their black money a/c

Dear first real prime minister of our country,

I am reading alarming news about increasing threat of Ebola in African nations. I have seen reports that India is also at risk.

Not only African nationals, but also the visitors from other countries may import Ebola to India. Ebola is expanding and it can cause serious damage to our country, not only in the context of health aspects but also the economic aspects. Are we going to take measures to stop this import? Jai Hind.

Modijee, as PM you must rise above ordinary petty party politics to see what is happening in Bengal. The name of India has been added in same league with Pakistan as a sponsor terrorism into another country. And you can see it has happened with the direct encouragement in evicting leftists from their bases by the present rulers. Read ganashakti and Anandabazar and ask the people!

Dear Pradhan Mantri Ji! Continuing from my previous comment, I would like to point out that I am one of those who is deeply disappointed about the NDA government's inaction on the subject of black money. Would you please instruct the Finance Minister to take immediate steps to recover the monies illegally stashed abroad. Please see my article on the subject posted on Dec 23, 2011: http://www.voxindica.net/2011/12/how-to-tackle-black-money-menace.html
