The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Hello sir, I was going through the Ministry of Labour & Employment page and was reading the labour laws, in one of the labour laws link, its still mentioned as "British India" even after 67 yrs of Independence. request you to please have this updated as it shows sheer carelessness and lack of interests by our lawmakers to even check the laws that have been created by them. Link is mentioned below. http://labour.gov.in/upload/uploadfiles/files/ActsandRuleshindi/employeesliabilityact1938.pdf

My point concerns Stampedes at functions which attract large groups. We have a bad habit of always viewing mishaps as due to individual error. Since the individuals are usually Operatives, such as the policeman at the gate, the system as a whole does not improve. For the System to improve (1) Review the System: was the mishap foreseen or foreseeable what contingency plans were made, why did they fail etc. Shared with States and the Public System perfects over time.

Maharashtra Government introduced Local Body Tax (LBT) in place of Octroi. There is popular demand in Maharashtra to abolish LBT since it is additional burden for people and also for compliance. Gujarat set example by abolishing Octroi, without introducing any other complicating tax.
BJP should promise removal of LBT in Maharashtra during their election campaign, since it is popular demand.

Jai Hind Sir!! The recent episode at the asiad in which L Sarita Devi of India was deprived of a well deserved win must be taken seriously. The refusal of official of IOA to lodge a protest in favour of our boxer is unacceptable. The medal can't come back but those officials, who did not hold the hand of a deserving player must not be spared at any cost. Our athletes give their heart out for the country and we can not isolate them when they need us the most. Please pursue the matter sir.

Why there is not a single university of India in world top 100 or 200 or even in 300?. IITs are not universities. They are autonomous bodies made to cater specialised courses in engineering..

Jai Hind sir,
There exist the same rules and regulations in the Defense which were there at the time of Britishers. It adversely effect the moral of a Soldier. Sir These soldiers are the one who do every thing on the ground. In Army every officer gets a Butt man who does their personnel jobs, There families are looked at very cheaply, they are not allowed to sit near an officer's wife. There is a huge difference between there MSPs but they live in the worst condition then them. Plz help them

Hi Sir, Please do something for the sports person who have already won medals for india and are living the life of misery. Put Sports Person who are expertise in their sport as the head of the associations responsible for those games, that is the only way we can bring more talent and more medals at the same time. Provision for better sports facilities, stadiums and coaches just like china did. We have to just create the platform where talent can shine and evolve, the medals will come by itself.

respected Sir,

Jai Hind, Sir i want to draw your kind attention towards the "MILAWAT KHOR" in our nation. They play with our and our family's health for just petty profits. Sir there should be strict laws to control these culprits and punishment should be the same as for a murderer for those who do this inhuman businessmen, as this is as good as a murder.
