The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

First we need to open Research centers for willing people not just for students of fixed streams. I study chartered accountancy for career but being a science student and due to my tech hobbies, i have many innovative ideas on Technology products related to Defence sector. But i cannot take part on such platforms as my academics career denies me access to it. Consider its not just me but many are there in India. Open such platforms for all to gather a productive inputs for new revolution.

Honorable Prime Minister Sir, Considering the unfortunate incident in Bihar Yesterday, may I make a humble submission for your kind consideration. Please make it mandatory for all state Governments to develop a Standard Operating Procedure [SOP] for Crowd Management during festivals, political gathering etc. across the country, with proper accountability. This should be followed in full letter & spirit. This will certainly ensure safety from Fire, food poisoning, unwanted elements, stampede.

I have a friend who has polio and hence cannot move without a wheel chair. But he is self sufficient in all respects and is a bank manager. I am proud to have him as a frnd. However I found that the norms which should be basic are missing even at govt establisments. A ramp for such wheel chaired people to move around should be mandatory in all (atleast) govt buildings.

Sir, before implementing anything, it is very important to provide good roads to commute. Because it will help us to save a lot of time. For an examp1e- whenever I use GT road to go to my village in Kannauj district to help poor people. It takes 10 hrs to reach there due to bad roads. And best part of poor politics is that state gov mentioned there, this road is under centre government...
