The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

The SC/ST Quota in Govt. Jobs has been constituted for the purpose of upliftment of SC/ST people to reach the economic strata. But since 60 years of independence few families who are educated are only availing the benefits through Govt. Jobs throughtout generations and pass the same to their children and grand children. The poor SC/ST in village are not getting the benefits. Pls amend act so that only one generation gets SC/ST Quota only once & pass the benefit to other fellow SC/ST.

We have done some maths, to provide primary, secondary and tertiary care services to entire population it costs around 1500Rs/person per year. The rich and middle class can pay this 1500Rs premium and let the govt pay 1500Rs on behalf of Below poverty line. This amount is sufficient to provide health care just like UK. But if you ask private hospitals to provide then this money is not sufficient. Develop health care system similar to UK and NOT AMERICA.

We have constructed the golden quadrilateral n the two corridors connecting East West North South by cutting a lot of trees. We can involve the corporate bodies to replant the trees besides the roads with proper plan so that we can have back lacks of trees back after few years. Similarly we need to identify the forest areas n ask the corporates to planr trees to rwgrow the forests. The maintainance of these to be given to local bodies with people identified to protect them who will be paid

Sir,I want to throw light on the retirement age of Govt. Doctors which is presently 60,I recommend in the interest of Indian public to increase the retirement age to 65 because on an average a Doctor completes his /her studies by around 28-30 years and when they are on the verge of full experience, there retirement age comes and public is not able to get the benefit of his experience. As u know govt.hospitals are already short of doctors. So plz, consider my request in center as well as states.
