The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

I went o Khadi Ashram for getting some stuff and learnt that even though Khadi is very good for skin is still lagging behind due to type of design and prints available. Khadi can well be promoted well if it is combined with good ethnic or traditional designs with good colour combination, same way that cotton is promoted, khadi can be promoted,

We are the second most populos country in the world great....when we look at our medal tally in any games we are lagging even some countries which are far bad in many things than india but we are lagging because we have people who are talented but due to some politics we cnt see them in international....And more over parents are not much supportive for sports only a few support them bcz they fear for thier child future...govt should take intiative.....y cnt we establish sports school as china ?

I am an automobile engineer with over 40 years of experience with major OEMs. I have an idea for a zero emission mass transport system. This is a "first in the world" concept and runs entirely on solar energy on a normal sunny day. In overcast conditions it will require a back up from conventional energy source. I would like to make a presentation to the PM.

We need indigenous production of sensors like accelerometers, gyroscopes, pressure sensors. I have heard such things getting built in IISc but they may just remain as student projects. We can push these projects to products which can be used for defense/civil projects. Related electronics may not need high end fab and can be made with higher nanometer technology. Right now MNCs don't sell these parts directly to DRDO and even if they sell we can not trust about reliability and supply assurance.

But i request you to save the middle class from the trap of Unitech like builders who have taken90%costof flat from thousands of middle class people and not delivering the houses even after 5 ys of booking wherein the documented commitment was of 3yrs.Eventheir office do'nt entertain and use bouncers to deal with us.We dont know the future of our housing dream. Now thousands of people in Noida and Gurgaon are paying EMI as well as rent.Plshelp

THE PM HAS RIGHTLY PROMOTED KHADI INDUSTRY. BUT IN MY EXPERIENCE- WHEN YOU WALK INTO A KNADI SHOP NO ONE BOTHERS/CARES TO SHOW YOU THEIR PRODUCED, LEAST HELPFUL. MAY BE THEY ARE PAID EMPLOYEES WITH NO PERFORMANCE RELATED TARGETS AND CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY. THERE ARE SOME GOOD PEOPLE ALSO.THEIR PRODUCTS ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY. IE. STITCHING. BUTTONS,ETC SOMETIMES TWO DIFFERENT PRODUCTS OF THE SAME SIZE NUMBER DIFFER IN SIZE. PROFESSIONALIZE THIS INDUSTRY FOR IT TO COMPETE AND SURVIVE

I have suggestion about boosting moral. In Hindi film, police uniform is miss-used. I suggest PMO shall issue a to all state and film censorship as well as film and daily serial makers to avoid abusing police uniform in their show and represent them in respect and dutiful. The current image is seems to be accepted by all forces hence they see nothing wrong but that is not case. Hence condition shall be improved. Same is case with politician. People accept them in bad role. This will change lots.
