The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Dear Sir, Since the associated equipments are costlier, to make it usable to trainup the students in the IIT & IIS, the industries shall also permitted to avail the use of these instruments on paid basis. In addition to this, implementation of more additional related regular and partime courses will also make cost effective for the investments and to produce more related brains. To prevent the brain drain, adequate career opportunities shall be provided in India. "Jai Hindh"

The Marriage Amendment Bill 2014 in current form has many provisions which are highly prone to major misuse. Those will become base for broken marriages and increased litigation because of some money minded and greedy people in the society. All laws should be made gender neutral and unbiased. Draft is not according to select joint comitee report. The draft must be made public and opinion be seeked before presenting in on the table of LS. The NDA govt is believed to be transparent unlike UPA.

Establishing a link between research and industry to enable industry to reap the benfits of research is essential. India is lagging far behind in manufacture of electronics. India is having billion of mobiles and hundreds millions computers, but all imported. So a high priority and urgency needs to be accorded to manufacture of electronics in India.
