The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Anti-Corruption drive - This has been the biggest impediment to growth of our Country and unfortunately it is deep rooted in the Government sector. Considering the inflation and money in other professions, the Govt. sector employees are under paid. We must double the salaries of Govt. employees & Police with a request to eliminate this completely from their systems. Give them more than what they expect and they will reciprocate for sure.

# I don't think that government can achieve the target of clean India without active participation and involvement of our people. Please provide every household with a small dust bin and a locality with a big litter collecting container so that they can dispose off waste in dedicated bins.Govt. should also think of increasing penalty in the act of littering public places. It may help.

Sir;
A country can progress rapidly when all its citizens feel free,safe,healthy,and educated. Our innocent citizens are fearful for lack of stringent law to punish guilt,lack of stringent laws for people responsible for adulteration of food that causes health risk. The most basic necessity like quality food for our Indian citizens have become a distant dream.Our education system is focusing more on materialism than a holistic type. kindly see the matter. Jai Hind.

thank you for creating a open forum for the citizen of india. I would like you look towards the issue of long pending files in government offices a time frame for each job to be clearly defined in all state and central government offices, failing to achieve that time line if highlighted by the individual through an appropriate medium should attract penalty to that employee thus shall create a fear to achieve the target and help the public clear there pending jobs in government offices.
