The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

Nanotechnology is something which is the most advanced field of study which todays indian scientists are competing. In my opinion, Modiji..a separate research lab nust be made just like there is IIT, ISCB, etc.in Bharat. where all the scientists including the one which have retired can come, discuss and invent new things. The thing is we must utilise every aspect of resourse available to us in Bharat. This is the key to success in todays Scientific Bharat to become the best in the world Jai Hin

Only solution to any problem is simlification of law. And all the information about laws should be known to public through all the possible modes of communication. Officers befool people due to lack of information. No body wants to do illegal works. He has to do all this due to harassment of govt machinery. You simplyfy laws and make it easy and enforce strongly but sincerely. You will see miracles without much efforts.

Research on exploring the possibility of using solar energy as main source of electric power generation is required to be encouraged. Our scientists need to be motivated to undertake research on this because this may lead to:
i. Reduce dependency on fuels/coal.
ii. Reduce dependency of agricultural sector mainly on rain.
iii. Growth of industrial sector thereby growth of economy & employment.
iv. Success of rural projects like Rural electrification, NOFN etc.
v. Assist for a digital India.

Basic mindsets of teaching faculty should undergo a sea change.Otherwise they will curtail the students from sticking on to obsolete syllabus which does not find space for using such facilities. Even those Dept., who house these facilities would also want to keep everything under lock & key. Such mind blocks have to be removed.Students should be taught to venture out.

By selecting the new research projects which are really useful for application which in-turn help in development of nation as well as mankind, but not for the sake of degree. This should be done in every institute not only in IITs and IISc.

Sir we are Indians and capable to do all. But problem is our government officers. Sir i want to adopt my village for development and i can this with the schemes running today. I don't want extra resource. But our officers are not interested to do so. They are interested to listen the voice of powerful persons or leaders not like me a common man. If you introduce me to these officers at public platform i am sure i will change the face of my village in less than 1 year. Can you!

BIGGEST PROBLEM IN INDIA IS WE THINK GOVT. HAS TO DO EVERYTHING, GOVT THINKS PEOPLE WILL DO EVERYTHING, IN THE END NO BODY DOES ANYTHING AND WE ARE SO BACKWARD. I DONOT BLAME PEOPLE AS WE CITIZENS HAVE NO POWERS IN OUR HANDS. EVEN THE POOREST OF NATIONS ARE GOING AHEAD OF US AS THEY HAVE CONTROL ON POPULATION, CORRUPTION, AND STARTED TAKING QUICK DECISIONS.

GOVT. JOB IS TO MAKE BEST, SUIIABLE POLICIES FOR CITIZENS AND STATR DOING THINGS IN PPP MODE. GOVT. JOB IS NOT TO RUN SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, HOSPITALS, FACTORIES, AIRLINES, AIRPORTS. EXCEPT FOR DEFENCE AND SPACE WE SHOULD SLOWLY PRIVATISE EVERYTHING. PROBLEM IS OUR PRIVATE SECTOR IS NOT VERY RELIABLE , ROBUST, CARING SO IN THE END GOVT. HAS TO RUN POST OFFICE, RAILWAYS, AIRLINES AND INDUSTRIES IN LOSS.
