The Indian Nanoelectronics Users Program (INUP), hosted at IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore, with financial support from the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), strives to address many of these challenges. Through INUP, Ph.D. students and faculty innovators from any university or institution in India recognized by MHRD can access these nanofabrication facilities which house more than 150 sophisticated instruments for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic devices. The students also receive mentorship from experts – both faculty and other senior students – about their research projects and prototype development. INUP also conducts workshops to provide information and “hands-on” sessions to explain use of equipment.

If you are a Ph.D. student anywhere in India who wishes to try out an innovative idea in the area of nanoelectronics, you can send a proposal to INUP (http://www.inup.iitb.ac.in and http://www.nano.iisc.ernet.in/inup/). INUP provides the funding, help, mentorship and facilities, but the IP of your idea belongs to you.

First and foremost need of our country is an efficient Emergency response Central helpline for whole country like 911 in USA. Currently there are different numbers for each city and we can forget about small cities or villages. All the agencies like Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance, should be controlled by this central line. Also delivery of these emergency services should be enhanced to levels in developed countries. Everybody wants to know that their family is safe and help will be there...

H'nble PM Pl analyse the reasons for too many litigations on Tax matters pending before Tribunals and Courts and how far Government Succeeded in all these cases. What was the necessity and rationale behind these cases? With too many cases and too few Judges where are we heading for? If Law Minsitry and Litigants or Respondents sit together (other than Tax Department) most of the cases can be resolved across the table and close the litigation matter swiftly. If permitted willing to share more.

Nanotechnology research can be classified into two main stream a) physical science - comprising the next gen electronic and semiconductor devices b) research based on life science such as drug delivery and medical devices. The photovoltaics and other chemistry based system can be taken as inter-disciplinary. To bring in synergy across national / international all major labs should be assigned a definitive task and avoid any repetitive projects.

Swachh Bharat - Sir, I recommend dat som responsible and caring citizens get d authority 2 stop ppl frm littering in buses, trains, spitting in. I hav been voicing out agnst dis since the last 14 years but 98% of the times -instead of apology n corrective action, the response was always YOU DONT OWN THE BUS/TRAIN. Same people will not litter in the aircraft. My experience, Children of this gen DO NOT LITTER, ITS THE LITERATE ADULTS WHO NEED DIS EDUCATION MOST. Keeping all our faith in U, Aparna

Unnecessary and/or excessive packaging of the products is one of the main source of city wates and nuisance of urban life.
Instead of focussing on cleaning the litter, the focus should be on how to minimise litter that comes from the packaged items.
If a packaging is a must, there should be means to reuse for packaging the same product by producer company. It is different from recycling.

H'nble PM , Kindly ensure time bound refunds of duties and taxes from Customs and DGFT and introduce predefined format and if every documents made available refund should be granted with in 60 days of filing refund claim . Currently targets are set for Revenue Officials which need to be dispensed (Customs Excise and service tax) and instead Officers should focus on eliminating loop holes in Rules and regulations. I can provide few suggestions but vested interest group may block it.
