I belong to a very small district ,my opinion about clean india is that we have to start firstly from urban cities ,every market,in which there should be a strict rule that if a person make dirtiness in market he/she have to pay fine and many dustbins should be use .every government department especially post office ,district court(corners ,stares,outdoor),government schools,food parkings,if we see that they are not in favour of cleanliness senior should be punished.clean india

Dear Prime Minister Sir, You should also start an initiative to make India corruption free. Today the corruption is so rampant that nothing is possible without corruption and this one issue is really spoiling India's international image. Even to obtain a Excise Registration No., Provident Fund account no, ESIC Registration no ( where the government ears revenue & receives deposits) by an individual contractor or industry is a nightmare. Why can't these A/C or regn. be opened like a bank account.

मेरा सुझाव विद्यालयो मे Principal/DDO के माध्यम से सरकारी फण्ड का दूरूपयोग रोकने से सम्बन्धित है ,यह दूरूपयोग डीलरो के माध्यम से किया जाता है l डीलर principal को २०% कमीशन ,DDO को १०% ,तथा PAO मे भी १०% कमीशीन देकर २०/- रूपये के सामान के १००/- रूपये वसूल लेता है| इसलिए education स्तर पर यह घोटाला अगर रोका जाता है तो सरकार को करोडो का फ्यादा ही होगा नुकसान नही|

Modiji, there is a basic flaw in our court system. It's so easy to prolong cases. That's why powerful people are not scared of law. There are millions of cases pending. I can suggest a practical solution, 1. judge can not give date for more than a week. 2. Judge can not postpone more than 3 times. If he/she is not getting cooperation from police than police commissioner should be present on third hearing. 4. 10 years jail for any proven corruption charge for judges.

Why should you care about clearing litter on roads? Govt spends crores of tax payer money to pick up the trash throw down on the ground. Thousands of miles are driven each year picking up litter in our state. Think about all the petrol that is needed to fuel trucks for litter pick up. Large % of all littered items end up in our streams and waterways as pollution. Clean India, Possible with firm resolution. Even if India becomes most clean nation after few years (That's really possible), still we cannot claim to be clean nation, because of corruption and lack of transparency. Below are few examples: 1. One of the convicted Neta from Jharkhand, who was convicted for Murder, came out of bail and still roaming scot-free. 2. Same is case with one more big Neta from Bihar. Politicians and influential people shielded by Low itself. This has to be set right.

For clean india every government offices,parks, railway station etc should be appraised periodically and can be gauged basis star rating based on their cleanliness, process and other parameters.Each office department heads are responsible for the delivery of clean india objective
