How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
For this we need to understand the reason why there is the "brain drain". Some reasons are 1. lack of innovation, 2. lack of challenging opportunities, 3. life style, 4. pay packages. Western countries offer intellectually stimulating work environment. If we can create it, there will be a higher chance of stopping brain drain, rather converting it to "brain gain". Mass education of hygiene, environment, cleanliness and social responsibility is must and must be taught in primary schools itself.
1.We need to promote innovation/entrepreneurship at college level , get them money at very low interest so that they can create the new business idea and employ a multiple people in the job.
2. Labor Law should be more with the stringent.
3. Average wages of the employee need to be made similar to the international slandered.
4. More focus on Research and development project in all area, including Railway,Defence,Aerospace. this will help a lot .
100 vocational colleges
We need 100 vocational colleagues 4 per state on the average teaching

1. Tap the talent between 24 to 35 age group, after this age people think of stable job and settling with family
2. Ask corporate to reach 80% closer to international standard package for these guys to be paid in INDIA.
3. Promote domestic incentives for long service in INDIA for INDIA
Most of the guys leaving country for only one reason, that they are not getting appropriate "Oportunity" for their development.
The main reasons for that are :
1. Insufficient infrastructure and institutinal development.
2. Red tapism in government offices.
3. Political disturbances, strikes etc.
4. Caste based reservation system.
Due to these factors many guys who wish to live in country and be part of its development, are forced to migrate for better opportunity.
The biggest reason to lose the brightest minds and for making them to leave our country is the so called system. We are tired of corruption and political reference to get a job but that's the reality. Selection should be talent based and not by other means. We should stop the reservation system and make India performance based work environment country. I work myself outside India , however given a fair performance based environment, I would love to come back for India.
Brain Drain happens in two separate spheres. One .the affluent take advantage of the relatively low
educational facilities offered by the State and go abroad in the name of higher Education and never
return This happens mainly in Medical and Higher Engineering Education.Two.Many educated and traned get frustrated when their experience, knowledge and skills do not get recognized and low
remuneration they receive forcing them to look for better pastures. The lack of employment potential also cause
Providing jobs is very easy by encourging the small scale industries... Example the country will develop only when the production becomes high and for ur kind persual we (India) having enough man power to get more productivity. So pls look for this and try make our MP's and MLA's to work on this plat form. Thank you for giving us an oppoutunity by launching this website to share our ideas and feeling for better cause of devleopment of country.. Vandhey mataram
best example .... some times ago china recalled their brains from across globe with special packages and facilities. Second thing people get better opportunities in other countries which we have to provide in India also.
We have to develop R & D culture as we simply own copy culture. Companies in India invest money in R & D labs but actually they copy and explore other imported products. Government in fact give subsidies for R & D but actually not used for R & D.
sir
