How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
Abhi India ko china or Ameriaca banane ke liye village and villagers pr dhayan dena hoga. kyo ki village hi india ki shan h. village me rojgar dene ke liye industries ki jarurat nhi h. unhe rojgar dene ke liye krishi ke pashupalan ko badhawa diya jaye. kyo ki farmer sabse jyada mehnti hota hota h or desh bhi krishi pr hi adharit h. Govt. sirf itna kre ki villagers ko vishwash vo ki sarkar unke sath h baki to vo khud hi kr lenge.
if we involve private sectors players in fields of research we can offer better offer to the researcher to stay in India . we already have so much colleges or university but the problems is that we cannot able to give a reason to stay here. but if private players comes in and they earn a little bit from the new research of our brilliant mind it would be great ...
govt.of india provide help us for do jobs in foreign it's help for our country because in my think that they make their future better with their families members but in india have many scope in every field but chance may be get with difficult so please discuss on this topics
All companies in India should enable Entrepreneurs. By backing their employees with seed capital, this can be in lieu of the compulsory 2% CSR.
reservation are the need of time for the support of the backward castes. Because they suffered for centuries in the past history. we should pay for it in the form of reservation. This should be continued for another 20 years. At the same time special drive may be undertaken for the active upliftment of their lifestyle and the special drives which are adopted must areach them by all means....
People's talent must be valued . Reservation system should be modified in such a manner that it won't affect the talented persons . Innovations must be given importance . More fund for research must be allocated. If we give the opportunity to prove their talent here , then why would someone go abroad ??
The main reason why these foreign companies are opting India is due to the simple fact that India has many graduates and unemployed youth who are ready to accept a job with less pay then their foreign counter parts. Due to which they will gain more profits.
Reservations should be banned. And government should divide people by skills and trades not by casts. It can give justice to all different type of employees.
in my opinion reservation should be abandoned in competitive exam because a competition means exam of knowledge and skill.when everyone is appearing in same exam for same post with preparation of same syllabus then why there is discrimination among candidates on the basis of caste and why they are being given an extra edge in interview and written exam cut offs.
To prevent brain drain we need create colleges/universities and research institutes at par those in the west/Japan/China. The teachers again need to be at par those abroad. We should encourage our best students to take up teaching. For this the salaries and parks for teachers should be at a level those attract best students. The teachers should regularly contribute to research, participate in seminars. The rewards for successful researchers should surpass even earnings of best earning citizens.
