How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
There must be Social, Political,Bureaucratic and Cultural respect and reward to all "Brain"," Scholars" and "Knowledge stars".If all Indian systems adopts this thought automatically both problems of "Brain drain" and Brain regain" will be solve.
jobs should be created but it is to be taken into account that the recruitment procedure should be completed as soon as possible because the recruitment through ssc and upsc and most of psu and state govt sector takes almost an year or more to complete recruitment and giving appointment to a candidate which encourages the possibilities of corruption and bribe.
Some slogans for Migrating brains......
• “Swadeshi” is for purchases,.... & jobs too
• Scholars are one of the vital needs of the country......be patriotic and realize it.
• Serving foreign counties is prestigious.....You are wrong.
• People serving out of country are less respected there..... as well as here
• Country needs foreign exchange by export of products.... not people.
• Soldier protects Nation & You protect him......give output of your Brain.
I am masters in biotech and research is my passion, now there are very few opportunities over here due to which abroad seems to be a lucrative option. For start I say reservation should be pulled out. Moreover the entrance exam over here for PhD are useless as a person interested in protein biochemistry would not know much about Plants physiology and that's what logically reasonable but in order to get in research we have to waste much of our productive years learning those things which we are n
Support & incubate small industries that provide jobs on wider scale in smaller towns. This will cover larger percentage of population rather than creating mega industries which provide jobs to only few thousands. Provide a system that is conducive to create small scale industries even in small villages.
Jobs can Be created by giving boost to industrial sector and entrepreneurship. give skill based and vocational training to students in college to improve employability. Improve education system and focus on innovation.
If we can provide facility for everyone, If we could reform Environment and culture. if we could reduce corruption. if we will give him better opportunity than no one will go to anywhere. if they every thing that they get in other country. Why they will go to out side. everyone loves his country.
Job security in private sector is most important thing to focus on. We are also facing problems like job timing.some times they force us to do job for 12 hrs which disturb our family life. So some sort of control is needed on job hours and job security.thanks
India needs a system of mass education institutes for people of all ages. This in the form of a community college should be built in the sub-urban and rural areas of India. There are over 40 crore illiterates in the country today. Providing them a valuable education is the most essential step of the hour. The present system of education also needs to be modified. Setting up mere IIT/IIM/AIIMS in every state is not going to solve India's problems.
