How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do ...
Brain drain has started witnessing a reverse trend as compared to how it was few years back. With more developments taking place the rate will further decrease in future. Lets hope for the best.
while giving education in institutes like IITs , NIITs, IIRMs, AIIMS the students must be given projects of 15 days every year in rural parts of the country based on their subject of learning.this will make them attached with their country .they should get good oppertunity when they come out of college this is possible when we have good industries and hospital available to absorb them that too on a good salary .those who want to start their own venture should be supported by extending soft loan

MODI SIR JI, MISSION KASHMIR ...................DAL LAKE SRINAGAR........AUR EK KADAM VIKAS KI TARAF.
To stop brain drains I think the following things have to be taken care off
1.'Come and make in India' has to be implemented.
2.The policy of recruiting retired persons and recruitment on a temporal basis have to be removed.
3.Giving emphasis on increasing export and reducing import.
4.Creation of PERMANENT jobs ,(for funding bring black money,
I want to ask who would leave a good job in their own country and would like to go abroad. Plz create some jobs with equal opportunity for everyone.

sir competitive exams me general catagory ko sc st se jyada mark lane padte hai ,aisa kyu sir!! aise hoga to hum logo ko kuch v chance nahi milega, mere khayal me padhne me benifit milna chahiye but in job sector all should be given same chances, koi v requirement ho govt ki pehle sc st fir obc fir general.aise me vacancy chala jata hai..agar aisa hua to hum generals kya kare...sir please take this message into your consideration
respected Modi sir, i have 2 issues 1st is about 60% criteria for applying job, please remove these criteria so that the students should at least apply for their respective jobs.. 2nd one is about the relaxation ..if sc st and obc catagory will get the relaxation the general people like us will always suffer.in my thinking the relaxation should be given to bpl catagory.
sir, Please change the apprentiship act1961 and make it employer helpful this will be helpful for job creation I have resister in board of apprentiship mumbai by 4 month ago but no reply for them please do some thing every year more than 1 Lakh engineer are produced in India but only few are placed many companies not fill the vaccancy every year of apprentiship if they fill that then it will be beneficial for them also us.
Modi Sir, Our previous ministers collected all IT jobs in Delhi & NCR, I am from Uttarakhand, as you know its hill area and very decent area, why we need to come out of our state for a job, why only delhi is giving chance to open IT industry in their area, why our state not? and the result is delhi is going very populated city, where we cant live happily and safe. We love our state, our family lives there, so if you can try to limit this thing. we can stop encreasing population of metro cities.
