महोदय , यदि हम गेहू के एक अव्यव भूसे के भंडारण एवम परिवहन के सम्बन्ध मे बात करे तो इस से किसानो को बहुत लाभ होगा व सरकार के द्वारा किसानो को दिया गया एक अमूल्य उपहार् होगा

4. हरेक गांव में बायो गैस प्लांट को हरेक घर तक पहुचाये तो सभी घरो को गैस की पूर्ति की जा सकती है और सभी गांव अपने स्तर पर गैस उत्पादन कर सके और जरुरत मंद को गैस बेच सके ये तकनिकी सरकार विकसित करवाये , तो देश विदेशो से आने वाले ईंधन के भरोसे नहीं रहेगा, हमारी गाड़ी भी चलेगी हमारा चूल्हा भी जलेगा बिना किसी प्रदुषण के।
5. आदरनिये मोदी जी में तो यही कहूँगा की, आप वो मत करो जो दुनिया करती है आप वो करके दिखाओ जिसको करने का कोई देश सोच भी नहीं सकता है

3. किसान महंगे उर्वरक के स्थान पर देशी खाद खेत में डालेगा, यदि सरकार देशी खाद को नई तकनिकी के रूप में किसानो के सामने लाती है तो वे यूरिया या अन्ये रसायनो के स्थान पर देशी खाद को काम में लेंगे। इससे 5 फायदे होंगे (१) देश का पैसा देश में (२) अधिक से अधिक गांववालों को रोजगार (३) गो संवर्धन (४) हरेक गांव में देशी खाद की तकनिकी से गाँवो में छोटे छोटे लघु उद्योग लगेंगे और लोगो का शहर की और पलायन रुकेगा (५) खतरनाक रासायनिक खादो के नुकसान से हरेक व्यक्ति बच सकेगा।

यदि सरकार पुरे देश में गो हत्या निषेध करती है और आज से ही देश के सभी बूचड़ खाने बंद करती है तो देश में चारो और से क्रांति आ सकती है।
1. जानवरो के काटने से होने वाला प्रदुषण नहीं होगा , वह जल प्रदुषण हो या फिर हवा प्रदुषण हो।
2. जानवरो और उसके मास को लाने ले जाने का यातायात का खर्च और ईंधन दोनों बचेंगे।

The biggest reason why these people went out 2 work frm India is lack of resources.We hv to get those resources within India; we can see in that way, why people wants to work with Microsoft or NASA instead of HCL & ISRO it is because they find more opportunity there & that is why we r continue to losing bright minds. Hon'ble modi ji firstly i would like to thanks for collecting public views for job creation in India to stop brain drain, i would like to suggest to create one special commite to find out the enviroment provided by the foreign companies for which indian are ready to leave india and their skill used for attaracting indians best brains , their idea of fulfilment of all basic need of best brain of india and after that apply all those formulas in our best organisation to stop brain drain. thank you

To create more job opportunities, We need to explore new possibilities by focusing on the basic education facilities. Schools , Colleges and Private organisation needs to collaborate under one platform for supplying quality education. At the end, Private organisation can avail services from those students who deliver their best upon organisation designed parameters. This would deployed a pool for two inverse components i.e. social and economic in order to facilitate proportionate balance.

They will not come untill we invest huge amount in research and innovations.They see that india is adopting fastly foreign technology and depend on others,like (bullet train,defence).First we must make national policy on this.Give facility to citizens for research.Start a swadeshi aandolan like gandhiji make environment for research in india,then talk to NRI's.

We should increase the salary of the person who does not satisfy with their salary if it requires.and specially of whom ,who want to research at higher level for gaining the fame as well as money too.But besides these facilities there should be some enactment in our constitution to prohibit the avoiding the service of nation.there should be provision in the some educational institute in which there is such a condition that top 100 student have to serve the nation for 10 years.after this he is a
